    • Sovereign sourced the initial note sale directly from a Regional Bank and sold it to an opportunity fund.
    • At the time of sale, the project was 0% leased.
    • Sovereign handled all leasing efforts and within a few months stabilized the property.
    • By April 2010, the project was approx. 95% leased.
    • Immediately following asset stabilization, Sovereign arranged the asset sale. The buyer valued Vista Del Rio on a capitalization rate basis.
