Marcos Egipciaco is the founder and CEO of Sovereign Real Estate Group, a nationally recognized firm specializing in real estate investments and single-family for-rent portfolios. Since the firm’s founding in 2008, Marcos and his team have managed more than 30,000 transactions, with a total of $9 billion in real estate assets, creating the largest residential real estate acquisition platform in the nation.

Through this rapid expansion, Marcos has played a key role in the growth of the Single-Family Rental (SFR) home industry, where he has helped build property portfolios for some of the largest institutions in the world.

Marcos continues to focus on growth. In addition to his role at Sovereign, he is the founder and CEO of My Community Homes, a leading single-family home rental company offering quality rental homes to families across the US. Here, he leads the growth, strategic direction, and overall performance of the company and oversees its operations. He's also an investor and advisor for real estate property technology companies.
