William Figueroa serves as Co-Managing Director, pursuing growth and new opportunities for Sovereign's acquisitions and investment division and its investors. William began his journey in real estate as a title processor for a top South Florida firm, gaining exposure to various asset classes, transactions and financing structures. Now with more than 20 years of experience in real estate closings, William has earned an exceptional reputation in residential transactions. Since joining the Sovereign team in 2013, he has participated in over ten thousand transactions and has played a key role in building Sovereign’s reputation as a national leader amongst real estate acquisition platforms.
